Customer Service Expert and Payroll Industry Leader to Oversee Customer Service Tea

Melville, New York - June 18, 2024 - Zuma Payroll & Processing ("Zuma"), a leading payroll, processing, and talent management software provider, today announced that Michael Day has been named Head of Client Success. Day, who has extensive customer service experience in the payroll industry, will lead Zuma’s client service team and serve as an additional senior-level resource to respond to customer inquiries. He will report to Alisa McMahon, Director of Operations at Zuma.

In addition to Day, Zuma’s client success team includes industry specialists with expertise in payroll, tax, human resources, and employee benefits. The company also has a dedicated team of customer service representatives to support construction and union payroll clients.

Before joining Zuma, Day led the client support team at Payroll Dynamics, where he supported more than 85+ remote companies to help solve issues, answer questions, train, and advise on payroll/account discrepancies. He was also responsible for processing payroll for 25+ companies. Prior to that, Day spent six years as a senior customer service representative at a leading national retail brand.
