Experienced Payroll Executive Joins Rapidly Expanding Team
Melville, New York - January 22, 2024 - Zuma Payroll & Processing ("Zuma"), a leading payroll, processing, and talent management software provider,today announced that TJ Sirani has joined the company as its newest Human Capital Management Solutions Consultant (HCM). Sirani will join Zuma’s growing team of HCM experts to provide the company’s clients with advanced payroll and tax solutions.
Sirani has more than two decades of payroll experience. Throughout his career, he has helped hundreds of companies improve their payroll and tax processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency and provide a better employee experience. He joins Zuma during a time of exceptional growth and expansion and will help the company meet the growing demand for innovative HCM solutions from small and medium businesses (SMBs).

Before joining Zuma, Sirani was a Senior Payroll Consultant at Premier Payroll Solutions. Prior to that, he was the Senior Territory Manager and Director of Sales in Suffolk County for Long Island Advantage Payroll, where he spent seven years growing the practice. He began his payroll career at Certified Payroll & Tax Services in 2004.
