Former M&T Bank Executive and Financial Services Industry Veteran Joins Award-Winning Payroll and Tax Provider
Melville, New York - September 26, 2023 - Zuma Payroll & Processing ("Zuma"), a leading payroll, processing, and talent management software provider, today announced that Venise Hendershott has joined the company as Human Capital Management Solutions Consultant. In her new role, Hendershott will advise Zuma’s clients on ways to manage and solve their biggest payroll and tax challenges.
A seasoned financial services executive with more than 20 years of industry experience, Hendershott joins Zuma from M&T Bank, where she served as branch manager and small and medium business (SMB) specialist. She is also a serial entrepreneur who has founded and grown several national, family-run businesses

Prior to her role at Zuma and M&T Bank, Hendershott was a manager at HSBC Bank in Hampton Bays, New York. Before that, she was a Relationship Banker at JP Morgan Chase in New York City for more than a decade. Hendershott is an active member of the Long Island community, volunteering at several local non-profits and community organizations, including LETIP of Hampton Bays, Habitat for Humanity Woman in Leadership (WIN), Island Harvest, and Long Island Against Domestic Violence, among others.
