Experienced Sales and Business Development Executive Joins Fast-Growing Payroll, Processing, and Talent Management Software Provider
January 12, 2021 - Melville, New York - Zuma Payroll & Processing (“Zuma”), a leading payroll, processing, and talent management software provider, today announced that Leigh Schuckman has been named Chief Growth Officer. Schuckman, an experienced sales and business development executive, will help Zuma accelerate its growth, customer relationships, and new product pipeline. She will report to Zuma CEO Chris Caputo and Co-Founder Scott Evans.
Zuma has grown significantly over the past few years, driven by an expanded roster of clients and increased demand for its cloud-based payroll service, human capital management, and time and attendance solutions. Zuma provides these services in a comprehensive, bundled service offering and has several new client solutions in the pipeline.

Prior to joining Zuma, Schuckman served as Director of Business Development at Sandler Training, a professional development and training organization. At Sandler, Schuckman trained, coached, and consulted with hundreds of businesses, helping them communicate more effectively in the marketplace. She is also an active participant at leading industry events and has spoken at more than 70 industry events over the course of her career. Prior to Sandler, Schuckman was Head of Sales at fintech Solve Advisors and Sales Director at Paychex.
